Questions we hear before the discovery call.

Honest answers to the things prospects ask most. If yours isn't here, it takes 60 seconds to ask.

About Forvora

Forvora Systems builds AI-powered software, automation, and system integrations for businesses whose manual processes, disconnected systems, or legacy technology are slowing them down. We work with startups, mid-market companies, and enterprises — helping them turn repetitive, manual operations into intelligent, scalable systems.

Forvora has delivered a client project in retail and is building towards other sectors.

Forvora Systems is based in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India. We work with startups, mid-market companies, and enterprises — reach out by email, WhatsApp, or a calendar booking to start a conversation.

We start with your actual business process before recommending a technology or solution — not the other way around. Projects follow a defined process from discovery through requirements, development, testing, deployment, and handover, with clear ownership and transparency throughout, and the relationship continues through maintenance, support, and further development after launch if you want it to.

Pricing

Pricing depends on scope, complexity, number of integrations, AI requirements, data volume, security requirements, infrastructure, timeline, and support needs. Projects can be structured as fixed price, milestone-based, retainer, or a hybrid — whichever fits the engagement. We don't publish fixed price ranges publicly; the pricing estimator on this site gives an indicative planning number, and a proposal follows discovery.

It's an indicative planning estimate, not a formal quotation — useful for an internal budget conversation before you talk to us. A discovery call and proposal replace it with a scoped figure.

Process

Initial contact happens through the website, email, referral, or direct communication. From there: qualification (understanding scope, budget, timeline, feasibility), discovery (your current process, goals, and constraints), documented requirements, solution planning, and a proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing — before any development begins.

When a request falls outside agreed scope, we review its impact on effort, timeline, dependencies, and cost, then share an updated estimate for your approval before work on it begins. If a change isn't feasible, we'll discuss alternatives rather than build it anyway — this keeps the agreed timeline, budget, and deliverables intact.

API-first integration is a core part of the work — connecting the CRMs, ERPs, and platforms you already run so data lives in one place instead of being copied by hand between tools. Complexity and cost depend on the target system's API maturity, which we assess during discovery before any scope is agreed.

Our default stack: React (TypeScript) and Node.js for web applications, Python (FastAPI) with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) for AI and automation work, and PostgreSQL as the default database (MongoDB where document flexibility is genuinely needed). We deploy on AWS for production-grade workloads, or Hostinger for lightweight, budget-conscious projects. We pick the right tool for each problem rather than forcing every client into one house stack.

Document intelligence automates the handling of unstructured documents — PDFs, scans, forms, emails. The general pattern: documents are ingested, classified by type, key fields are extracted and validated against business rules, and clean data is routed to the right system — with human review kept wherever it's still required. Results vary by project; we don't publish a blanket efficiency figure without a specific engagement behind it.

Ownership and Security

IP ownership is agreed per project and defined in the engagement terms. This typically covers source code, the database, your business data, documentation, and deployment configuration. We build with clear ownership and transparency as a stated principle, not an afterthought at handover.

A mutual NDA can be provided at no additional cost before commercially sensitive information is shared. Ask us about this during initial contact if it is a requirement on your side.

Our standard practices include authentication and role-based access control, password hashing, JWT-based authentication, HTTPS for deployed applications, secure handling of credentials and configuration, access-controlled source code repositories, and client data confidentiality — with NDAs, regular backups, and security testing applied where included in a specific project scope.

Yes. Handover includes source code, documentation, credentials or access details, deployment information, and basic usage guidance — the goal is a team that can run and extend the system without depending on us.

Support

A limited warranty covers defects in the delivered solution, as defined in the project agreement. Ongoing support, maintenance, monitoring and further development can be structured as a retainer where appropriate. The exact support period and response time are set out in the applicable support agreement, agreed with you during the proposal stage.
